This committee is a multidisciplinary entity and is composed by expert scientists in biomedicine, nutrition and social areas, with age and gender balance. It consists of a minimum of seven and a maximum of eleven internal members, with a minimum of two community representatives and external reviewers, as needed. It consists of people from different genders and training.
